Burger Project - National Cheeseburger Day: American-style Cheeseburgers $5 (Was $12.5)! Wed 18th Sept

It's National Cheeseburger Day on September 18, and to help us celebrate Burger Project will be selling its classic American-style cheeseburgers for $5. The burgers – modelled on Neil Perry's esteemed Rockpool Bar and Grill version – usually cost $12.50.

The burger is made with a Cape Grim grass-fed beef patty, cheese, pickles, onions, mustard and house-made sauce, and the deal is available across all Burger Project outlets in Sydney and Melbourne.

If you don't feel like a burger on National Cheeseburger Day, the eatery also does a happy hour from 3pm to 6pm each week day. It includes American burgers for $6, chips and soft serves for $3 each, $5 beer and wine and $4 chicken bites.

The $5 burger deal runs all day on September 18.
