The Spotify Premium Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer (the “Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer”) is made available by Spotify, subject to these terms and conditions (the “Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer Terms”).

The Premium Family 3 Month Trial Offer entitles the primary account holder (“you”) and five (5) family members residing at the same address to access Spotify Premium - a form of Paid Subscription, as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use, (the “Spotify Premium Service”):

A. for an initial three (3) month trial period (the “Free Trial Period”); and
B. without charge

from the moment that you activate the Free Trial Period by submitting your payment details.

By submitting your payment details: (i) you accept and agree to these Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer Terms; and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Spotify Premium Family Terms and Conditions (the “Family Terms and Conditions”) and Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Spotify Terms of Use”). In order to receive this Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer, you must satisfy the conditions listed at (A)-(D) below. You must:

A. register as the primary account holder of the Premium Family Subscription;

B. be new to the Spotify Premium Service. If you have subscribed to either the Spotify Premium Service or Unlimited service or have taken a trial or introductory offer previously, you are ineligible for this offer;

C. provide Spotify with a valid and current payment method. Neither prepaid cards nor Spotify gift cards can be used as a valid payment method for this offer; and

D. pay for your Premium Family Subscription directly to Spotify and not through a third party (e.g., not through a cable or telecommunications provider).

Only one Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer may be applied to each Spotify Premium account.

You may only redeem the Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer once. In addition, the primary account holder and the subsidiary account holders must satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Premium Family Subscription as further set out in the Family Terms and Conditions.
