The $20 cashback offer applies on the total premium per policy sold, and not on a per insured basis. All cashback refunds for this campaign will be processed by the Jetstar Holidays Contact Centre once a Full Payment of your flight purchase has been made to Jetstar.

The $20 cashback will be refunded back to the payment method used for your purchase. This process may take up to 7 business days to occur from the time of booking, depending on payment method used.
