ING $3k Refinance Rebate on Home Loans (4.09% P&I interest rate)
If you refinance your qualified home loan with ING, you will receive a $3K rebate for a limited time.
The minimum refinancing amount is $500,000.
Must apply by December 31, 2022, and settle by March 31, 2023.
They are currently advertising 4.09% P&I rate which would go up by 0.25% from 11 October but still a decent rate.
