Grill’d has taken on fast food giant KFC with the launch of healthy fried chicken.

The new healthy fried chicken (HFC) Bites are cooked in Australian extra virgin olive oil, making it significantly lower in kilojoules than other fried chicken options from fast food giants such as KFC’s popcorn chicken and McDonald’s McNuggets.

And in a cheeky nationwide campaign, the chain is offering all KFC employees free chicken bites from Tuesday, November 17 to Sunday, November 22 when they visit the restaurant in their uniform.
