Terms and Conditions:

1. The Promoter is running a promotion whereby every customer who purchases a Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle by entering a promotional voucher code on the Promoter’s website (https://www.dominos.com.au/), during the Promotional Period, will receive one (1) unique code (‘Redemption Code’) to redeem, directly from Microsoft, a 14-Day Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription to play games on Xbox One and Windows 10 PC (excludes Windows 10 in S mode). Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, Xbox Live Gold and additional benefits (‘Subscription’) (‘the Promotion’).

2.Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before taking part in this Promotion. By purchasing a Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3.The customer will need:(a) to be aged 18 years or older; (b) a valid Microsoft account; and (c) access to either a Windows 10 PC or an Xbox One console in order to redeem the Subscription using the Redemption Code. Redemption can only be done via a PC or directly through an Xbox One console.

4.The 14-Day Xbox Game Pass Subscription can be redeemed via the Microsoft redemption portal (available online at https://microsoft.com/redeem). Each Redemption Code will be valid from the date the Redemption Code is issued to the customer however it must be redeemed at https://microsoft.com/redeem on or before 10 September 2020. After this date, redemption is not possible.

5. After the Subscription term ends, active membership will be required to play games and online multiplayer; game catalog varies over time. DLC sold separately; if a game is removed from Xbox Game Pass or your subscription ends, you will need to purchase the game separately to use your DLC. If you’re already an Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold member, any days remaining in your membership(s) will be converted to Ultimate using a conversion ratio. Future code redemptions also subject to the conversion ratio. All conversions to Ultimate are final. Maximum 36 months of Ultimate redeemed per account at a time. 6.The Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle includes 2 x Large Domino’s Traditional or Value Pizzas, 1 x Garlic Bread, 1 x 1.25L Drink and 1 x Redemption Code for a 14-day Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. The Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle is RRP $34.95 delivery and RRP $27.95 pick-up. Redemption Code valid for use with a Windows 10 PC or Xbox One console only. 10% Surcharge applies on Sunday. 15% Surcharge applies on Public Holidays. Valid for Online Orders only. 7. Any costs associated with internet, data or accessing the Microsoft redemption portal is the customer’s sole responsibility.

8. The customer’s use of the Subscription is governed by terms and conditions set by Microsoft. The customer should refer to the full terms and conditions (https://www.xbox.com/xbox-game-pass [xbox.com]) for further information in relation to the 14-Day Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, any costs imposed by Microsoft in connection with the customer’s use of the Subscription (e.g. in game purchases) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

9.Customers will receive one (1) Redemption Code per order when ordering the Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle. For the avoidance of doubt, customers are not eligible to receive multiple Redemption Codes when purchasing multiple Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundles within the same order. A Redemption Code will automatically be distributed to the email address associated with the order (within 24 hours of the Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle order being completed (which includes full payment of the order)).

10.The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on 10 March 2020 and finishes on midnight (AEST) on 31 March 2020 or until Redemption Codes run out (whichever is the sooner) and there is a maximum cap of 50,000 codes available and once used up there will be no more available (‘Promotional Period’).

11.The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Promotional Period (for example if in the event that additional Redemption Codes become available).

12.A customer’s purchase of the Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

13.The Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle is available for a limited time only and while stocks last. If the Subscription is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Subscription with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

14. The Subscription is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

15. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, reschedule, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

16. The customer accepts and uses the Subscription entirely at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter and Microsoft (being Microsoft Pty Ltdof 1 Epping Road, NORTH RYDE NSW 2113, Australia and its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies) in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Subscription. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Microsoft (including their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, economic loss or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any act or omission of the Promoter or Microsoft or its associated agencies; (d) any variation to the Xbox Game Pass Pizza and Gaming Bundle that is stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) the acceptance or use of the Subscription.

17. By entering the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Promotion and for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions.
