Pre-Pay Terms and Conditions:

• Pay now bookings will pre-pay for the rental period and optional extras selected during the online booking process.
• Additional charges may apply upon return in some circumstances where (but is not limited to) hires may be extended, fuel may be required or damage has been incurred.
• A pre-authorisation will be placed on the credit card provided at pick-up for the estimated total of any additional charges plus an additional pre-authorisation of up to $400 for security purposes.
• The pre-paid rate is based on pick up and return of the selected vehicle at the selected locations. Changes to dates, locations and/or car types can alter the rate.
• You must bring confirmation of your reservation with you upon collection.
• Early returns will not be eligible for refunds (or part thereof).
• Cancellation fees apply.
• No show fees apply.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the scheduled collection date.
• Free day certificates, gift cards or vouchers are not able to be used on pre-pay bookings.
• Coupon numbers may be used in conjunction with pre-pay bookings.
