Term and Conditions:

a) Members understand that to qualify for the promotion they must spend a minimum of $400 in one purchase through Vinomofo between 5pm, Monday 4 January 2021 and 10am, Wednesday 6 January 2021 (AEDT). Only purchases within this timeframe will be deemed valid entries.

b) Purchases made via the ‘Guest checkout’ will not be valid.

c) No returns or cancellations can be made for orders made during the promotional period unless wine is faulty. All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-order.

d) By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of Vinomofo, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

e) This promotion is available from 5pm, Monday 4 January 2021 and 10am, Wednesday 6 January 2021 (AEDT).

f) Members must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident. Not open to NT residents. The promotion is not open to employees, family members and/or contractors of Vinomofo.

g) Vinomofo reserves the right to seek verification of a winner’s eligibility under these terms and conditions. Vinomofo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the promoter’s sole and unfettered discretion.

h) Members understand that: Purchases totalling $400 or more will recieve $40 off that order.

i) Vinomofo reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions, and conditions of operation of the promotion, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each State or Territory where required. Failure by Vinomofo to enforce its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
