I called them up and they told me that the promo doesn't have an end date (yet, but I doubt that will continue until the end of the year). The representative said it will recharge automatically for free at the for the 2nd month and 3rd month. You will receive a confirmation email confirming this once you sign up. It sounded too good, so I asked if there is a binding contract or any hidden fees, and I WAS informed that it's only for online purchases (you have to buy online directly, not through the phone), which incurs a 2% surcharge fee.
