This is a nice offer since official store coupon is only valid for limited categories. However, I hate their price hike after the coupon offer.

Can I use the coupon on target's official website too?

Don't bother to use the code at target's official website. The code won't work there.
Better to shop directly from ebay target store.

Symer, you cannot use the coupon in Target official store. There is no difference of using target ebay store since you are getting the tax invoice from the official store. Don't be afraid to do shopping from ebay official stores of reputed sellers (Target, DS, The good guys) and top rated ebay sellers.
