Parents on TopBargains
I am not sure anyone else noticed this but it generally seems from forum discussions that majority of the active TopBargains users are actually parents with young kids and having similar needs and problems. this is pretty interesting because bargain hunting is usually seen as something only confined to people with younger ages e.g. Ozbargain seems to be filled with kids interested in $1 gadgets or looking to find free samples etc..
Is it possible to know the demographics of people who visit Topbargains?
Thanks

That does seem like the case to me too. I don't think site has been designed that way.
We don't directly 'collect' data on our users (and we would never do that) but from generic sources, it seems like TopBargains does attract a lot of parents, more females than males and most of the users seem to have university education. TopBargains is mainly used in large cities and most of our users access the site from their workplaces.
I will see if I can find some more info on the demographics.
