Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM CD-KEY GLOBAL $20.68 AUD @ SCDKey
I have seen this for $60 AUD and above around the internet. This OEM key is the cheapest I have seen and works great to run my server.
You just have to be careful as the OEM mostly locks you into your current hardware configuration. You can change a few things but something big like a motherboard my void the key.

When you get locked into Hardware I did not want to pay that much since I sometimes change more than most people.
