Has anyone tried ordering from Marks and Spencers?

I have heard good reviews of stuff from Marks and Spencers and have also noticed that they ship for free to Australia. That sounds great and I would like to give it a go. Before I go ahead would like to know if anyone has ordered from them and how was the experience.

Orders came on time? Also although shipping is free but is there a duty or tax to be paid on the shopping?

I have ordered from them a few times. Orders came on time, I can't remember exactly how long it took but I wasn't twiddling my thumbs waiting. No duty is payable unless you spend $1000+.

Same as Lisss - all good, no negatives, and rarely order more than $1k worth of underpants so GST has not been an issue.... ;-)
