Terms and Conditions:

1.The Promoter is running a promotion whereby all eligible customers who purchase the Bundle by entering the applicable voucher code through the Promoter’s website (https://www.dominos.com.au) will receive, while stocks last:

(a) A subscription code (“Subscription Code”) for a 60-day AnimeLab subscription (“Subscription”); and

(b) Automatic entry into the competition to win the Prize (“Competition”).

(“Promotion”).

2. There will be a total of 200,000 Subscription Codes available to Customers under this Promotion.

3. The bundle comprises the following:

(a) 2 Traditional/Value Pizzas (Large size only), Garlic Bread & 1.25L Drink (RRP $34.95 delivered, RRP $27.95 pick up); and

(b) The Subscription Code (RRP is $13.90).

(“Bundle”). The total Bundle is valued at RRP $48.85 delivered, RRP $41.85 pick up.

4. To take advantage of the Promotion and enter the Competition, eligible customers must:

(a) Obtain the relevant voucher code related to the Bundle, as per marketing material advertising the Promotion distributed by the Promoter or Madman;

(b) Enter applicable voucher code where directed on Promoter’s website to purchase Bundle; and

(c) Complete purchase of the Bundle through the Promoter’s website.

5. The purchase of the Bundle is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion commences at 5:59AM AEST on 1 December 2020 and finishes at 11:59PM AEST on 19 December 2020 (“Promotion Period”).

7. Subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Promotion is only open to customers who are:

(a) Australian permanent residents aged 18 years and over; and

(b) Who are not employees, contractors, directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this Competition.

8. The Subscription Code will be automatically distributed to the customer’s email address associated with their order, within 24 hours of the Bundle order being completed (which includes full payment of the order).

Customers are limited to two (2) Subscription Codes per email address. Maximum of one (1) code redemption per AnimeLab email address. However, customers will only receive one Subscription Code per pizza order when ordering the Bundle. For the avoidance of doubt, customers are not eligible to receive multiple Subscription Codes when purchasing multiple Bundles in the same order.

10. Customers are able to redeem the Subscription directly by entering their Subscription Code at https://www.animelab.com/discount . Each Subscription Code must be redeemed by 31 January 2021. Each Subscription will expire 60 days from the date of activation. Available to new AnimeLab premium subscriber only.

In order to redeem the Subscription Code, the customer will need:

(a) Internet access; and

(b) Computer/tablet; and

(c) A valid email address.

The customer is solely responsible for any costs associated with these items.

12. The customer’s use of the Subscription Code and Subscription is governed by Madman Anime Group Pty Ltd (ABN 50 615 305 587) (“Madman”) and is subject to the customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions that apply to the Subscription, which may be found at https://www.animelab.com/terms-condi.... For the avoidance of doubt, any costs imposed by Madman in connection with the customer’s use of the Subscription (e.g. in-subscription purchases) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

13. The Subscription Code and the Subscription are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

Entry is automatic for eligible customers upon purchase of the Bundle and those customers who do not wish to enter the Competition must notify the Promoter by email to feedback@dominos.com.au within two (2) days of purchasing the Bundle.

Multiple entries to the Competition are permitted for eligible customers.

16. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonable anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

17. The customer accepts and uses the Subscription Codes and Subscription entirely at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter, Madman and each of the respective affiliates in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the Promotion or acceptance or use of the Subscription Codes or Subscription.

18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, Madman and each of their affiliates (including their directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death, economic loss or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any act or omission of the Promoter, Madman or their associated agencies.

Only one Prize will be awarded to the winner of the Competition.
