Dick Smith - Under Voluntary Administration

You might have been seeing this all over the news, yes Dick Smith is in deep financial trouble and might be gone soon. Hopefully not, we have had great deals in the past and we wouldn't want to miss out in future.

You can see a lot of frustration on social media is due to poor after sales customer service, maybe that is why they've lost a lot of sales? Outsourcing call centres, and only hiring one person to handle complaints on social media...

Yesterday, shares were placed on a trading halt. As of today you can no longer use your gift cards, they are now worthless, unless Dick Smith can get back on their feet in future.

If the business is to survive need new and different stock and a more disciplined and focused retail offer and strategy than it had been pursuing.
