Men’s and women’s singles qualifying runs from Wednesday 10 - Saturday 13 January 2018.

Men's singles draw:

128 players, including up to nine wildcards. There are 16 spots in the men's singles draw available for qualifiers.

Women's singles draw:

96 players, including up to eight wildcards. There are 12 spots in the women's singles draw available for qualifiers.

Entry to Melbourne Park during this period is free.
