Airbnb - FREE Cancellation of Reservations before 14 March 2020

Airbnb has recently announced that their Extenuating Circumstances policy has been updated and expanded worldwide.

According to their newsroom, the updated policy will now allow hosts and guests to cancel their reservations without any charge or penalty fee. However, do take note that this is only applicable to existing reservations on or before 14 March 2020, as well as check-in dates between now and 14 April 2020. This will take effect in every country and region, with China being the only exception. They are scheduled to resume operations on 1 April 2020.
