To receive the bonus the following three steps must be successfully completed:

Yes, but please note that ING have since changed the promo a bit because the previous one expired on the 31 March 2017. It is now a $75 bonus (down from $100) and my bonus paypal payment I can give you is now $25 (down from $50). So all up you would get $100 instead of the previous $150.
The steps needed to gain the bonus payment have now also changed to:
1. Open a new Orange Everyday account at ingdirect.com.au/everyday and enter the promo code (I'll pm the code to you) in the promo box at the end of the online form.
2. Deposit your pay of $1,000+ into their new Orange Everyday account within a calendar month by 31 October 2017
3. Use your new Orange Everyday card to make 5+ purchases before 31 October 2017
The bonus will then be paid out in the following month if all three steps are completed successfully.
