I ordered a funeral wreath for a family member through their site and received a wreath which was entirely different to what I'd paid for.
They say they guarantee their work...they don't and won't.
When I complained they wanted photographic proof of the funeral wreath which of course, I did not have.
They wouldn't offer an apology nor a full/partial refund saying that a pink cheap looking floral wreath was entirely appropriate substitution for a wreath which contained rich, solemn colours, irises, roses and asters as their website showed.
Don't bother with their 'deals'...you'll be embarressed with what your recipient receives!
