Fitness First celebrates its 9th birthday this month!

Their city clubs will be holding their open days on Wednesday 25th November and Thursday 26th November and suburban clubs will be holding their open days on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th November.

PLUS Personal Trainers are holding $9 Personal Training Sessions, with all profits donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, on the first open days!
