Velocity 'Celebrate with a Mate' Deals- AWESOME 'bring a friend for free' on 25 Sydney restaurants, attractions & events

Received in an email as I am a Virgin Velocity member (the airline's loyalty program). It is free to join this program! Just go to the Virgin Blue website and click on the Velocity link. http://www.virginblue.com.au/VelocityRewards/index.htm
They send you a card in the mail it takes around a week and then you need to flash this when you go to the restaurants etc.

Once you become a member you can access all these great deals that they have in Sydney at the moment, all involving 'bringing a friend for free'. EG. Buy one Sydney Symphony ticket, and receive one free; a free Buffet Breakfast at the Carrington restaurant when another Buffet Breakfast is purchased, a complimentary ticket to the Medibank International tennis tournament when another is purchased... just to name a few out of around 20 different deals.

This deal is available all the way over the Christmas break, up until the end of March, so I think it would be a great idea for a Christmas gift (like 2 tickets to the Symphony) or to take someone else special over Summer on something like the Magistic Lunch Cruise and Drinks package and only pay for yourself.
