I tried several stores in WA and it says
Pick Up - Not Available
This was $15 with $2 shipping from TGG back in Dec 2013, but still okay for $10 postage. Just a warning, it has pretty bad reviews.

Pick up available in some stores:
Eg: Lutwyche Queensland, Wagga Wagga NSW
For $15/ $25 with 1 year warranty, I will go for it. Further you can return it to TGG if you are not happy with it.
Where you found that much PRETTY bad reviews? Anyway, It seems work fine here (Topic is wrong :))
